last night I had 25 calories left and asked my 16 year old daughter to find me something in the house for 25 calories while she was going in for a snack....she came back unsuccessful....then I told my son who was eating an ice cream cone, you know the ones with the nuts and choc on top that it was time to go to bed, his face and hands were all messy so I said put the rest in your bowl and go wash up.....then he was clean and I sent him to bed......guess what i ate....lmao. yep. and didn't log it either, lmao.:laugh:0

I ate half of my husband's meatball which he was tasting, 3/4 of a chocolate biscuit that my 15 month old decided I 'should' and stuck my finger in the Nutella jar :blushing: not ashamed :blushing: ok maybe a litte and no I didn't log them0

On Monday night I drank a 22 oz chocolate stout. o.0 Since my phone didn't recognize the barcode and I couldn't find any nutrition info that sucker was never logged. I can't even guess how many calories are in that thing.
Oh and yesterday I ate some of the chicken out of my wife's sweet onion teriyaki sub from Subway.0 -
My confession? Being deeply jealous of people on MFP who, by all rights have absolutely earned their successes, have lost more than 5 pounds a month - the rate I'm stuck at - while doing the same things I'm doing.

My confession - I am pretending that the two or so weeks of the holidays - starting with my office Christmas party and endding with Jan 2nd.- didn't exist!!! LOL Tha's t right -I didn't log in at all. So if I didn't log it, did not happen!!! LOL Whew - feels good to confess that!!!0

I often go off-line in terms of logging on the weekends. I figure it all comes home to roost when I face the scale on Monday morning for my official weekly weigh-in.

i had a choc chip cookie before i went to bed last night but i came right back on in the morning and logged it in lol .... i dont add dressings like mayo i know its a sin but it just takes sooo long to weight it all out i just wanna get it on the food lol.0

Yeah, I TOTALLY did that too. Just call me an ostrich with my head in the sand during that period of time. I also told my 7 year old that calories don't count at Christmas.0 -
When I log food, a lot of times I over-estimate it. I've read articles where it says that most people don't log how much they are truly eating (meaning that they eat a lot more calories than they think.)
Once I log the calories, I go back and scrutinize the food journal, just to verify if I "really at that much?" Sometimes I change the serving size to something smaller... sometimes not. Cheating? Maybe?:-P

My confession....when I go out with my husband in his salt truck and eat gas station junk, I pretend it doesn't count because it's like 3 am.....it's not yesterday but it's not today....doesn't count right0

Another....every morning on my honeymoon I had french toast and about a pound of whipped cream. The french toast was disgusting, but the whipped cream was the most delicious, fatty, thick yummy whipped cream I've ever had, and I ate the french toast everyday because I was too embarrassed to just heap the whipped cream on my plate with nothing else :ohwell:0
