    You do realize that 200 g is like 3 servings, right? Fifty or 60g, plus veggies and a small side would be a sensible meal.

    50 - 60g is a snack! 200g is a perfectly acceptable amount of chicken for a meal.

    I had a little over 400g for dinner last night. With the skin. It was good.
