you ask peoples opinions then it looks like you are upset with the answer what's up with that? you have made your mind up and different things work for different people hopefully it will work for you.

My two cents. I eat 6 meals a day, currently eating 3,000 calories and I went from a somewhat 191lbs to a lean 177lbs in 7 weeks after I hired and online personal trainer.
I would say that as long as your health is being monitored by a doctor then go ahead and try what works for you. I love food too much and couldn't see myself eating only once a day. Plus I am very happy with my current progress.

Go for it. Calories in vs. calories out, timing doesn't matter. I personally think it sounds miserable, but I love to eat and I have 5-6 meals a day or else I'm very cranky. If it works for you, it works for you. You don't need our approval to try it.0

How would your metabolism slow down for not eating breakfast or lunch ?
This is my second day only eating one meal at 5pm.
I do excercise in morning and keep myself busy . I ride my bike to the store to pick up one meal to prepare. I am so stuffed and am still stuffed. I dont know why I never did this before. I prefer the feeling of being full once, than never being full and grazing all day.
I apreciate everyones opinions.
And im not a sumo wrestler taking in 20,000 a day :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:0 -

You'll be fine. Meal timing is irrelevant. Just make sure you are hitting your calorie goals.0 -

whoses ever's closest... or the porch- whereever. as long as they aren't ON you that's all that matters- chocolate syrup and whip cream are hard to clean up- so best go without the garments.
