    Finally got the two pound burn I've been looking for. Hope I don't stagnate and lose the momentum this week. Also, it's vacation week starting Wednesday! Ugh!

    Not the loss I hoped for, but it's a downward move on the scale so I am happy! I lowered my calorie goal, and plan to dial back a little more this coming week to keep the momentum going and hopefully amp up the loss a bit..

    May not make 5 lbs. this month, which isn't surprising since I lose weight at a snail's pace. But at least it is a downward trend!

    Lost so far for July: 9.6 lbs (goal is 10 lbs a month)

    Just trying to stick to the plan and not let the massive water fluctuations get to me. This last week has been crazy with daily 5 lb fluctuations all while holding to a pretty similar eating pattern.

    Unexpected fluctuations the past two days. My weight went down to 194.8 and then up to 196. I'm sure (fingers crossed) it will go back down in a day or two so not fully worried. But yes, my scale sucks.

    Hi! thought I'd jump in. Haven't really lost this month, and finding it so hard to get the motivation to get the last 1-5lbs off :(
    I keep going over my cals and just struggling with the whole thing! I eat well, I do heaps of exercise(weights and cardio) I eat enough, I just eat too much atm!
