Do any men do glute exercise more than just squats?
I know hip thrust and the bridge exercise are good ones.

- squats
- deads
- lunges
- bulgarian split squats
- supine hip extensions (I usually use a medicine ball)
I do all of the above and more depending on my training cycle (i.e. I don't do them all at the same time)0 -
so no isolated butt exercises?0

Squats
Squats
Deadlifts
Squats
Back Raises
Squats
Sprints or Cycle Intervals...
... Squats
In all seriousness, if you push your squats hard then you shouldn't have to do a ton more exercises. Walking Lunges are good but I don't know that your average person as the flexibility and balance to really hit the glutes well with a Split Squat. Step-ups on a tall box could I suppose.0 -
For squats I do not think I do. I concentrate more on quads than anything else.0

If you don't mind looking like a weiner in the gym; glute bridges:

Wide stance squats and glute kick backs. I dont like doing glute bridges specially when the gym is crowded. :laugh:0

Deadlifts and kettlebell swings are great for your posterior chain.
Your glutes and hips are really powerful muscles already, they do their best work when used in compound lifts. Focus on keeping your glutes tight when squatting, you'd be surprised at the power it can provide.0 -
low squats and heavy walking lunges. youll die with lunges lol0

Low squats. What is a low squat? Like touch your ankles or something.0

Going as far past parallel as you can without losing form.0

Well, I have to say it sounds a lot less creepy than "Nice t*ts and *kitten* yo!"0 -
I wish theyd have a room just for bridges and thrust. It is very awkward doing them in the full gym. At least when your doing them in a class everyone is in the same position.0
