Below parellel quats and glute bridges! You'll feel awkard doing glute bridges, but you'll get over it. It's so worth it! Would you rather have amazing glutes or not look a little silly in the gym for 15 mintures?

Thank you, bear, and no, I'm not a child, that would violate the TOS.

same reason a man pecs is not called man breasts.

Sounds like the muscle changes the meaning.

Women have pecs and glutes too, Dude.

"I really like her pecs and glutes." Sounds fine to me. I will use that and see what the girl says this weekend.
    unbelievable.

believe it or not, many of the women here are here to develop their pecs and glutes and don't care what the girl this weekend thinks about it

Low squats. What is a low squat? Like touch your ankles or something.
If you aren't feeling it in your glutes, you might possibly be doing "half squats" (AKA: Half-assed Squats).
    Proper-Squat.gif
    1. Standing
    2. Half-assed
    3. Full Squat
    4. Low Squat

Full Squats will affect your glutes and low squats will REALLY affect them.

LOL If you whine this much around them, I don't think many women are gonna care about your glutes, brah.

I'm thinking most of these women also don't care what OP thinks of their pecs and glutes.

Very true but the highest resistance is when the glute muscle is fully stretched and you lose resistance as you stand to where you have almost no resistance when the muscle is fully contracted. Adding in the hip thrust may help those with lagging glutes.

That's what I was thinking too. Parallel = Full, Below parallel = low (ATG)

I have to do glute work as I was born without an *kitten*. Progression on the squat and deadlifts was stagnant until I started doing hip thrusts. Started with body weight then went to single leg then weighted barbell.

I do them at home though. Even if I was comfortable doing them at the gym there is not really an open space for doing them.

You can look up "pull thorough" on the cable machine. Very good exercise but it also a bit awkward.

Yup. Pull throughs are definitely awkward but effective.
