    lets break it down 20 pounds weight loss in 31 days = 70,000 calorie deficit..

    hmm sounds like she might know a little more than I thought but when you eat clean to lose that much you are clearly eating in deficit or over training to create the deficit.

    She is also doing keto from what I understand so a large part of the initial drop is likely water weight as well.
    She seems to avoid answering how many calories she's eating, too. I can't imagine it's very many.

    Gina, it shows poor character to suggest that you are not losing weight at a calorie restriction, when you are clearly restricting calories. Anyone reading you would be misled to think that one can lose weight while eating above maintenance calories.

    800 calories intake I wonder if her RMR is 800. LOL You are doing CICO no matter what you think to the extreme. You know your body used a lot of muscle for energy BTW.

    You are eating 800 calories a day - which is far to little - and really makes our point and not yours.

    I wish I could have seen your diary backing up your words but yet again you are just another person who has fooled themselves into thinking that calories don't matter - while eating a very low calorie diet.
