I eat the skin when I eat salmon.

You mean we aren't supposed to eat the skin, its the best part!

Cream cheese slathered over potato chips

And I also have eaten more raw than cooked hot dogs in my life.

I've been told potato chip sandwiches are weird, so to some people they are. Perhaps it's the orange marmalade.

I often used to eat raw onion and mayo sandwiches, hot noodles with mayo mixed into them, and I love raw bacon.

I don't eat these things anymore tho :(
Onion and mayo Sammie's are yummy!

Mac n Cheese with cut up hot dogs, ketchup, and a bit of ranch dressing all mixed together. So good.

Pimento stuffed green olives right out of the jar paired together with a chunk of sharp cheddar and eaten at the same time mmm.

Fried eggs over white rice with ketchup.

Fried spam with a layer of mashed potatoes on Italian bread.

    Octopus salad.

    Guava paste with white cheese.

    Grilled cheese and pear sandwiches.

Mango chunks dipped in crunchy peanut butter.

Chicharonnes (fried pork skin) chased with an ice cold Malta

Freshly roasted crispy chicken skin on bread with cheese.

    Mayo and cheez-it sandwiches.

where do you get guava paste? and what else do you do with it? guava kills me...
You might find it in a Latin grocery store. I used to eat it with Monterey Jack cheese,
When at my friends house who is Cuban. Love that! Might have to have it again soon.

So i've come to realize that Peanut Butter and Ketchup seem to go with everything except each other.

My crazy or weird food - Cheeze Whiz and Chocolate Chip sandwiches.
No! Peanut butter and ketchup go fabulously together. See my post about grilled peanut butter sandwiches dunked in ketchup! :blushing:

pickled herring.... in fact I want some right now!

Yes please! Although it's mostly a christmas tradition, but with the curry salad/sauce thing on top - YUM.

In my family we also eat a type of stewed cabbage called "krøstekål" with sugar and cinnamon on top. DELISH! It's also called "christmas cabbage" and is basically only eaten in December. :)

    remember some more!

Chips on sandwiches and burgers (fries work too)
Sour cream, cream cheese, and chives rolled in a tortilla (add meat at times)
sour cream in my chili with a peanut butter sandwich for dipping
cream cheese in my chicken noodle soup
bbq chips (grippos!) dipped in French onion dip
ranch and Italian dressing (mixed) for dipping everything - fruit, veggies, chips, meat, etc
