This is quite seriously an HR issue that you should report IMMEDIATELY. A male boss should not be having a discussion with a female employee about *kitten* without a female HR representative in the room. The fact that he chose to have the discussion with you solo, going only on another employee's word alone can be viewed as sexual harassment. He should have talked to HR, BEFORE he talked to you as well. And if your co-worker went around telling everyone what you were doing in the bathroom (regardless of what it was) is also sexual harassment. I had to discipline one of my employee's because he was telling other co-workers about how much another guy "stunk up" the bathroom. It was all in fun, but it is still harassment and does not belong in the workplace.

You need to have a discussion with HR. Now. Your boss is overstepping his bounds.

And workout at home for crying out loud...

You want to make it right in the universe?

    1. Buy a pound of heroine.
    2. Put it in the coworkers car that called you out.
    3. Call the police.
    4. Enjoy watching him/her go to prison.

Don't squat next time. Instead work on your snatch.

    Clean and snatch!

I think doing squats in a stall is much weirder than masturbating in there.

    IMO

Classic! Thanks for making my day man!!!!

    You're welcome.

You need to report this, not to get anyone in trouble, but because most places have a system that ones you reach x amount of warnings you're out regardless.

If the warning is for squatting at work,.. sure at least it's accurate, but for something you didn't do, it needs to be taken off.

I tried squatting in the stall after reading this.

    No way! Way too claustrophobic!

You need to go to HR NOW, put a complaint on your boss and co-worker. Your boss for calling you a liar, and reprimanding you for doing something you didn't do when you were not on the clock. And on your co-worker for spreading rumors about you throughout your company. Better you do it first before they do it to you and you have to attempt once again to defend yourself

Just walk over to that co-worker that told your boss you were masturbating, look her straight in the eye and say "giggity". Then walk off.

Ironically, my boyfriend is trying to get me to grok squat at work.

    At my desk.

    In my chair.

    While I'm with a client.

I think he got this brilliant idea from Mark Sisson.

I'm a professional, in a business office, in business clothes.

Who helps clients all day long.

    No.

    No. No. No.

I'm not squatting at my desk.

    Especially after reading this.

holy crap. I had no idea this was a 'thing'
I had to google it!

I agree, I would rather workout/stretch in a public area so people know what I am doing.

This is sexual harassment on the part of your boss. You should bring this up with your HR department.
