    Oh, You Fabulous Riders, I'm writing from my room at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital, where I have been for the last 5 days. I have s great view of the mountain foothills and the many people taking advantage of the trails out there. Many a goal has been set for next summer.

    I'm in! I use Map My Ride to keep track of my rides as well as my walks, and it automatically logs it here for me. Since I am new, I am setting a goal based on what I think I might be able to make. I will adjust that as time goes on. Currently I ride on my days off, Monday and Tuesday, but plan on adding rides to that on other days as well.

    No goal (as I wrapped up my first tri), but know I'll need to ramp up the mileage as training for my next tri (olympic) in the fall.

    Just following a triathlon and marathon training plan at the same time, while riding to/from most baseball games (via mix of expresso, road, tracstand, and less thief-inviting commuter). Currently in a pretty hilly city (Pittsburgh), but not tracking elevation much.

    8/13 - 25 miles
    8/12 - 10 miles
    8/11 - 7 miles
    8/10 - 38 miles
    8/8 - 22 miles
    8/7 - 20 miles
