    Last night when I turned on my side my knee caps were hitting together. After awhile I had to put a pillow between them. I haven't felt that for a super long time!

    I ran 10 miles in a rainstorm & still averaged 10min/mile. Slow for most but fast for me, Yeah me!


    How could I forget to add a new personal best, 253 miles in the month of July!

    Monday NSV - my yoga pants are loose!!!!!!
    How does that even happen!?!?! lol.
    They are loose around my tummy and booty, even though they are still tight on my thighs. less tight than before, but YAY!!!
