Coffee just fills me up!
I'm Jealous! I WISH coffee filled me up
It probably has a lot to do with the fact that I sit and sip on my coffee over an hour or so. haha
yesss... me too. the thing i look forward to the most on my days off is being able to just relax for a few hours in the a.m. and nurse my coffee... lol.0 -

I have a smoothie every morning for breakfast and sip it on my way to work. This morning I made a DELICIOUS one that tasted like a milkshake:
- 1/2 frozen (peeled) banana
- 2 TBSP PB2
- 1/4 c plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.5 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 TBSP Maca powder
- a handful of baby spinach
- a couple of ice cubes
255 cals, 33 g of carbs, 19 g of protein, 7 g of fat, 12 g of fiber.
It's a little high in carbs for my liking, as I'm trying to keep my carbs to around 50-70g per day... but I've adjusted the rest of my meals for the day accordingly.0 -
I used the last of the pork chops to make a green bean stir-fry for breakfast. I wanted to get a squash out of the garden to add to it, but as usual, I was running late.
Also did half measure on flax seed meal, granola, seeds, nuts and cereals, full measures on yogurt, milk and protein.
Under 600 calories, but almost 50g of protein. It's so late, this will most likely be lunch too.0 -

I made savory oatmeal topped with a fried egg and sriracha sauce...mmmmmm
Sweat some onions and seasoned with cumin, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Add water and bring to a boil. Add oats and cook till done. So easy... fry an egg and put in on top, some sriracha.... soooo good. 10 min 270 cal.
What did you have?
Oh wow - now I'm going to have to try this, and it scares me a little, I have never eaten porridge in the way of the Scots I'm a sweet oat girl but now....mmm now that sounds yum0 -
I went with my dad to one of our favourite resteraunts. It's called The Kitchen. It's great place to eat at.
I had 2 thick medium sized pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 overeasy cackleberry, an order of homefries, a piece of their homemade wheat toast, 2 cups of coffee, 2 glasses of water, and 8 pills(should be 9, but have failed yet to go over to the natural food store to get a bottle).0 -
