Has anyone found that these require dipping sauce or are they good on their own??

they are good on their own, but i did buy a sweet and sour sauce ...it only had 50 cals in 2 tbsp so it was worth it for a few extra cals

These turned out okay, but I was told by my family that they would be better if they had meat in them, were fried, and had a creamy dipping sauce. Which is so not the point!! I ate two, there are leftovers in the fridge. :)

I'm sooooo glad you posted the process pics. I would have never though baking them would look good. They really don't look different that the fried. I'll definitely use this technique. I had been craving egg rolls but didn't want to waste the fat and calories for a fried one. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Those look sooo good. Thanks!
  • I made my OWN variation of this last night ( with grilled salmon) as main course... my family LOVED it and asked me to make more.... DH told me to buy shrimp to add to it for tonight.... I wont be making tonight but next time I will add more carrots as well... what an easy way to get veggies in... and they came out crispy, just the way I like my egg rolls

    I used:

    1 Pkg of Coleslaw Mix
1 pkg of shredded red cabbage

    low sodium Soy Sauce
    Fresh minced garlic
    Fresh grated ginger

    Egg Roll Wrappers
    ! Egg, beaten
    PAM Spray
