Omigod! You are a genius! I LOOOOOOVE egg rolls! These look so yummy too! I never even considered baking/broiling them! I'm definitely going to make these for my husband! Thank you SO much for posting this recipe!

Love, love, love eggrolls. I have made them with pizza fillings (taste like pizza rolls) and southwest chicken fillings (like Chili's). Baked is just as good, if not better than fried in my opinion. You rawked this...thank you for sharing, it looks SO good!0
