    Pizza topping choices are seemingly limitless, but some are not a good idea.

    Many will disagree, but I HATE pineapple on pizza. It just does not do anything for me.

    Well, what are your least favorite toppings?

    I think 90% of people are misunderstanding the concept of this thread, we're not talking about THE BEST pizza toppings.

    For me, I can't stand:

    Pineapple
    Olives
    CANNED mushrooms
    Anchovies
    "Canadian Bacon" (It's called ham, people)
    Not big on banana peppers, but I can tolerate
    canadian bacon is different than ham. i dont know what you muricans get but canadian bacon has a cornmeal coating AND IT IS DELICIOUS ON EVERYTHING

    Not so much a topping, but the condition of a topping - pepperoni that has curled up into a little cup and that cup is filled with grease! Makes me gag just looking at it! :sick:

    Also, canned mushrooms, anchovies, and those little sausage meatballs. *shudder*

    My favorite is Panago's mediterranean veggie one - I'm surprised no one has mentioned spinach yet (i like it tho)

    Oh, and "Canadian bacon" is only called that outside of Canada - here we just call it ham :smile:

    This thread is really making me want pizza. I thought I would come in here and find weird, gross toppings. All I have learned from this thread is that very many MFP'ers have no soul. I mean, minus the anchovies, practically everything mentioned thus far I would eat on a pizza.

    That's just wrong. I don't eat meat but carrots, celery, cauliflower and peas should not be anywhere near a pizza.


    Sweet corn, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and olives are acceptable vegetable items for a pizza.

    Tuna and onion FTW!

    Authentic Canadian bacon must be different then. Here in the US (at least around here), Canadian bacon is thin slices of straight up salt cured ham. No cornmeal coating on this stuff.

    Onions! Normally I love onions but for some reason they don't set well with me on pizza. Also pineapple & anchovies are a no-no for me.
