3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 12/13- 12/19

It seems that even though I started the challenge I seem to have the most difficult time reaching my goals. Everyone else is doing so good.

For those that don't know this is a weekly challenge that starts on Mondays. Anyone can join week to week. Everyone sets a goal of atleast 3500 calories to burn for the week and then push push push until you achive it. We have some people doing 3500 calories and even some up to 9000 calories. Also with posting how you burned your calories gives other people ideas on new or different things for exercise.

Here is format for your daily updates.

Weekly Goal:
Mon: calories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

Total:
Left to go:

    Had so much fun with last week's challenge decided to go for it again this week, but uping the anty to 7000 calories and walking a total of 20+ miles this week. Happy burning friends. C u @ the finish line.

    Yay!! My goal is 5000 for this week (600 more than I got to last week!). Which will probably be mostly accomplished after Wednesday except for my Insanity workouts till then - finals will be done. I'm actually excited to push myself towards the end of this week! Good luck to everyone =)

    same here, i do a custom treadmill program for 1hour 10 mins and use approx 1498 calories per day, i do this 7 days also do weights each day for strength a week = 10486 calories per week

    I'm in!! 3500 calories used to be my weekly goal and I have dropped off on my workouts lately, so this will help me kick it back up!

    Day 1--780 burned: stationary bike, walking and tidying up around here--I count that as "cooking or food preparation, cause its not all that energy intensive but you're moving around a bit. Its as low as I can go and still call it exercise. Made my calorie goal too, as long as those Christmas cookies in the fridge don't reach out and grab me.
