    My goal is 50 miles a month, currently at 44.8 ^^ I definitely won't reach my goal, but I did end up missing a week of running this month.

    Still behind on my goal of 200 and not going to make it. But on the positive side of things, my arm is nearly completely healed after my running fall and I ran my first 20 mile training run today! And it went well!

    Thanks. I started out really slow (think 13+ minute/miles) and just kept running. It got easier, then fun, & now I'm totally hooked.
