    Well done, great job, it's interesting to hear your story aswell about getting off track but turning it around before you gained all the weight back you lost the first time. ( I have just got back to logging etc after going off track and gaining a bit again)
    Your story has been just what i need to keep myself going and stop myself falling off track. It really shows that it is a journey and not just as easy as losing weight and getting to goal but it is a bit of a roller coaster where you need to be strong enough to resist the temptations/or strong enough to get back to logging if you go off track.

    Good luck with the rest of your journey, love the idea of photo logging too!

    Comments like this mean so much to me. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all the kind words and praise, but knowing that my perseverance motivates other people to keep going makes all the difference to me!

    Biggest change I notice this month is that my collar bones have become very visible.
