    Hey Linda and All,

    I was looking around for a group of accountability/encouragement and found the New Me Club. Thanks for the invite to join you all listed in your post.
    I am sick and tired of being sick & tired to and 2011 is the year of change for me. I joined MFP at the end of 2009 but didn't really do much in 2010...I don't think I was really willing to do all the work needed last year...but I am this year. I don't feel good most of the time and I want that to change!!

    you got it Linda!! my normal WI is on Wednesday buit since I weigh myself everyday i will most certainly put Saturdays down!! this will just help hold me more accountable on the weekends!! How do you want us to post our new weight? just name....previous weight....current weight...and lbs lost??

    I have walked 6.92 miles today and stepped 10,225 steps. Drank 8 8oz glasses of water and am ready for the snow!

    Hey All,

    I just spent a little bit reading all the posts for NMC and it is nice getting to know you all.

    A little more about me ...
    Dr. put me & my daughter on low glycemic index eating (she is hypoglycemic & very thin, I am diabetic and NOT thin).

    I think the NMC is going to be great for accountability and encouragement. I look forward to getting to know all of you terrific people and for us all to "lose it" in 2011.

    Linda - I'll take before pictures this weekend and add them. Thank you for putting this together.

    I am new with the message boards.... But I have read alot your peoples post and want you start using this more.... I am currently working very hard to lose weight... I have lost 45 pounds since sept 13 2010.

    Ladies/Gents: If you have not taken your measurements (neck, arms, waist, hips and calves) please do so, because I just upped the Anti.... At the Beginning of every month we are going to say how many inches we lost in those areas.[This is going to be Good!!!
