Okay ladies here is our final 2010 weigh-in! If I didn't get your weight I just kept you the same.

Ugh, last week being my TOM screwed over my good week...
but I got Zumba for my Kinect for Christmas! This next weigh in is gonna be good!
GOALS:
To weigh in first thing EVERY Monday.
To get up before noon every day.
To do at least two hours of Zumba a day (afternoon & night)
To go to bed at 3:30am.
To lose 5lbs this week and count EVERY calorie.
I haven't been counting too well lately0 -

Morning ladies! Thanks for doing the chart again Rach.
Hope you all had a great Christmas. Mine was great with family etc but came down with a stomach bug on Boxing day so was in bed a lot and couldn't get to the gym to weigh in. Hoping to make it to a class later this evening so will see what happens! Can't wait to start afresh next Monday!
Does anyone have any fitness goals to start off the new year? I know for me I really want to get back training 5 times a week doing a mixture of classes and my own gym work and that was really making a difference but December has been a write off with so much going out!0 -

As long as my bf gets home at a decent time, we're going to check out gym memberships. It's way too cold to run on the trails anymore, and on nights he gets home late or weeks he stays out of town, it's waaay too dangerous to run alone in the dark. (Those trails are known as the 'rape trails'....no joke!) Hoping maybe we get a good deal on the gym due to it being resolution season.0 -

I ran last night and lifted this morning. I'm hoping to get another run in tomorrow morning before I leave to go to Boston for New Years. My eating has been kind of crummy and I doubt all the alcohol I will be drinking this weekend will help my weightloss.0

My 2 week postpartum appointment is tomorrow. I'm SO hoping she clears me for light exercise. I'm dying here!!0

GIRLS! I've missed you! Sorry I've been MIA these past few weeks. It's been pretty busy. Graduation, week long trip to Florida to visit my aunt, driving all over NC to celebrate Christmas with various parts of the family, etc. But this coming Monday, I'll be weighing in again for the first time in WEEKS! Crossing fingers.0

I suppose I should weigh in here even though I am not tracking it on MFP actually (yet) as of today I am 276.2. Ack the dreaded 276 where I was stuck for nearly 3 weeks. It's gotta go. I am up up up. I really didnt do terribly I know someo of it is eating but some of it is definitley TOM related.0

As long as my bf gets home at a decent time, we're going to check out gym memberships. I think I'm going to try and leave work a few hours early today. Sucks being a temp and not having PTO. You have to decide between your health and paying the bills. I stuck it out all day yesterday even though I had a fever, but I really need some recovery time today.0
