Over 40s - What do you do to stay in shape?

45-60 minutes of cardiovascular followed by some floor work, push ups, crunches, leg work, 5 days per week.0

Eat smart and work out like a 20-year-old 5 days a week.0

90 min boxing class x 4 a week, hiking, running, lifting, eat clean0

I lift weights 3 to 4 days a week and do an hour or more of cardio 3 to 4 days a week in the form of Zumba, eliptical, P90X workouts, HIIT on the treadmill, or martialcarts workouts. I have one rest day a week. I also have no social life...lol0

I'm 46 and and I am maintaining my weight for over a year now but still keeping track at everything that goes in my mouth, I have a home Gym and it works for me, I am working out every morning, I do Cardio, Tae Bo, Strength training with equipments and DVD's, my new favorite thing to do is Yoga in the evening it means 1 hour less to watch TV...lol
I have reach my natural body weight, I'm 5'8'', 155lbs, I eat enough, I don't have any binging needs and I'm eating back my calories workout, I've set my daily calories intake at 1200 + my workout 600 calories. I eat around 1800 calories. I eat a bit more during the weekend...0
