I hav a new non scale goal too. I would like to jog for 60 mins without stopping. I can jog for 40 mins straight no prob but the last 20 mins I have to stop every 5 mins and walk it out for 30 seconds then start again. Anyone have any advice on how I can do this? Thanks guys you are the best!0

weight loss has not been moving at the rate I would want it to but it is atleast moving in the right direction. on a positive note, first week of Insanity is over, 2nd week just started. the exercise is quite intense but am glad I survived the first week. it makes me drink a lot of water . I can drink about 12 8oz of water within 30-45mins workout alone0 -
Great job guys! I've eaten nothing but sodium thanks to what the bank has brought in so I'm not going to even try to weigh today. I will this weekend regardless.0

Congrats S-Hammm you are rocking this so proud of all of you and Bluiz you are really stepping your game up so proud of all of your accomplishments!!! Congrats to everyone that's doing it everyday and seeing the changes because of it keep up the great work woot woot!!!'
As for me I am excited even though the scale doesn't reflect my hard work I did complete mnth one of insanity with no miss workouts and I loss 5.25inches all over moving on to the finishing the second half!!0 -

the inches is something you can see...who cares about the scale......you are doing great too charmaine....keep up the awesome workouts and it will come.....0 -

Denise, thank you so much for the chart. You are so kind to do this and keep track for all of us. I just really wanted you to know how much I appreciate it.
I am so frustrated. I keep gaining. I eat clean and I exesize every day. Last year when I joined I was burning over 6000 calories per week in exersize and not really eatng them back. In August I started to exersize less and eat back some of the calories and since then I have regained 14 of the pounds I lost. I just can't seem to lose with out have a huge deficit or a really low net. Now that I work I can't do all the exersize and the scale just keeps edging up. I will lose a couple and then gain a few, lose a couple and gain a few each week i just want to scream aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!10 -

on the google speadsheet, i usually hide the first weeks columns so you dont have to scroll over and over and over but i left them open so you guys could see the whole thing......hope you enjoy seeing your awesome progress....0

Getting nervous for the weigh in tomorrow!!! Where I have been sick I haven't been eating enough calories. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get more cals in when my tummy doesn't want them?0

This week was horrible for me, I guess that I thought I was doing so good that I could slack. I ate so bad this week, I'm suprised that I didn't gain. I just have to get back on track, I'm so close to my goal weigh. Also I went shopping last weekend and bought all new jeans, then got rid of all my old ones, so I can't gain too much or I won't have anything to wear.

I ate bad this week, so I'm happy with it. It just seems like anymore I either eat bad or I don't eat at all, and so I really hope I can find a balance between the two.0 -

We are taking a mini vacation this week end. Worried about that. I can cook 2 meals but not the others. Any ideas on what I can do??? Then I am going to step it up the rest of the week. I will be adding more cardio, 30 more mins each day. Maybe that will help. lol Any good ideas for cardio?0
