    another 6.6 today, bike and treadmill, went on a bonus walk, maybe almost a mile, but I won't count it.

    Fogot to log in my walk - run yesterday so please add 2.75 miles for me. Unfortunately I missed my beach walk for the first time in a month! Will make up for it today!

    Oh, I am use to MUCH higher intensity than walking but I watched the movie Parent Trap as I walked and ended up doing the six miles but had to hop off to let the dog in from freezing to death and ended up finishing the movie from the recliner!:smile: I do hope to enter a couple of miles today! Best wishes on your mileage today!!!! As the saying goes " Give it your best & forget the rest!"

    Ran 8 miles and walked .25 to cool down, for a total of 8.25 miles today!!! :bigsmile:
    The farthest I've ran so far to date (and ran the whole 8 miles!!). Not very fast, 1 hr 32 minutes, or 11:30 min miles, but that's ok!
    Slow mileage is better than no mileage, right!?!?!! :laugh:

    I had a busy day of CLEANING, SHOVELING (more) snow, and WALKING 2 miles on the treadmill!!!

    @toots99 -- Oooh, we're neck & neck! One more week to see who takes it for the month! I need to pick it up...I've kinda been slacking the last couple days...
