Some group stats: There are 22 people active in the challenge.
We committed to move 1,815 miles all together (82.5 miles avg each).
When we did the challenge last December, a lot more people started but several dropped out and eventually we managed to reach 64.7% of our group goal. In the current challenge, we're only 4 days in January and the running total is 169.2 miles (9.3% of the 1,815 miles) already. All things being equal we should exceed 70% of our group target by the end of the month and that would make us an even more successful group.
Sorry for giving you headaches with the number crunching, what I'm trying to say is that we're doing fine.0 -

Never done this before as I'm just getting into the forums.
Put me down for 50 miles - hopefully mostly cycling.
Just had a shoulderblade pain crop up last night, so I don't know what my exact level of movement is gonna be until the dr. app't tomorrow.0 -
Can I re-join this challenge? I joined in November and December ( but stopped 1/2 way through them month..sorry)
I am going to aim for 50 miles.
Monday: 4 miles
Tuesday: 2 miles
Wednesday: 4 miles + I am doing Shred ( 28 minutes)0 -
Okay, I'm new here, but...can I join? Huh, huh? Can I?
I've walked 11 miles on my treadmill so far this month. I bike a lot in the summer, but this is Wisconsin and January, so no biking for me this month--just walking, maybe working up to jogging.
So, I'm going to give myself a challenge to move 100 miles in January.
By the way, I was drawn to this by the name "Move Your *kitten*"! Love it!
