    Spaghetti squash. I'm not a fan of roasted squash like butternut, acorn, hubbard. So when spaghetti squash came on the scene, I wasn't exactly thrilled.

    Turns out its in our weekly meal rotation now! I really enjoy all the things that can be done with those suckers!
