    Day 2. I did great, got the kids chinese food for dinner. I went to zumba then had chicken, cauliflower and brown rice. Cereal for snack. Mite stop for a salad tomorrow, I am out of salad stuff at home. I feel great today.

    Monday- Worked out on p90x thought I could eat more since I worked out but I am not even hungry!! (plus no fast food!!!!!)
    Tuesday- Ate really good today!!! No fast food...grilled some talapia on my new george forman and put some salsa on top!!!! Very good and not many calories at all!!! Also worked the muscles with p90x plus abs...that was a killer but I made it through!!!

    So far so good. No fast food and i'm confident i will not eat any fast food during January. We can do this!!

    Ok...Just got home from work and haven't even had lunch..:sad: ..not good I know!!! I don't like to skip any type of meal but I was really busy!! We might go out tonight but I am going to be sure we don't have any fast food!!!! Got in some yoga today..not a big fan but something different I guess..good luck to everyone else!!:wink:

    Janurary Challenge: NO FAST FOOD
    Monday: No Fast Food-skipped a free chick-fil-a breakfast biscuit I'd been saving for my reward for a week with no fried food
    Tuesday: Packed my dinner for work but too busy to eat it.
    Wednesday: Had breakfast in the hospital cafeteria...really wanted tator tots with my eggs but chose the fruit cup instead. Went for mexican dinner tonight and chose grilled fish with black beans and counted out 20 chips only :) Pretty good day even though a little over my calories.

    Monday =No fast food.
    Tuesday=No fast food but went over my calories, didn't exercise.
    Wednesday=No fast food, worked out and still have calories left but hopefully I'm done eating for the night.

    So far so good. We can do this!

    Day 3. I drove by 2 of my favorite fast food places. Didnt stop. I ran into grocery store for veggies at lunch time, Had a wonderful dinner and made a huge salad for lunch tomorrow. Walked dog for 68 minutes. Really just feeling great this week.

    Monday no fast food today

    ooops does that cound Hubby dragged me to a free pancake breakfast at the casino with 2 pancakes syrup (little) and bacon which I gave half to him and drained the rest, hash browns gave him most of these almost all, and a sausage gave most to him as well

    Wednesday no fast food did well had taziki sauce and pita bread I think that’s ok was take out from a fancy sit down place

    Day 3. No fast food. Can't wait to check my weight in the morning to see what my weight is. Will me my first official log in since my husband was home. I know I gained at least 5lbs. But worked hard this week and will see what the real damage is.

    Another great day!!!! No fast food for me!! I am now officially in the 130's!!! I can't believe it!!! I am so excited!!! Now looking forward to the 120's!!! I really like this no fast food thing. I really am enjoying coming up with healthy foods from my cabinet and I get to clean it out at the same time!!

    Janurary Challenge: No fast food

    Was behaving the first few days then met up with my old friend for breakfast and she insisted on having McDonalds, she was having cravings for McDonalds. Now, she is pregnant so I can't turn down a pregnant woman can I. So we had McDonalds breakfast. Today I am 1.5 lbs heavier! Arrrrgggghhhh!!! Damn fast food. :angry: :mad:

    hmm, I had half a panera souffle served to me for breakfast at work, then went with colleagues out to lunch and then they brought us pizza when we were still at work for dinner....i stuck with 1 small piece and still managed to come in under my calories for the day but not how i had it all planned out!

    I've been sticking to the challenge! I haven't had any fast food since I joined. We even went out to Chili's for lunch yesterday and I ordered the guiltless classic sirloin with veggies and my whole meal was only 440 calories!

    Day 5. Great day decided to get my hair chopped off. About 8 inches and layered. Wow. My son had a pizza/ movie date and I of course was the driver. Had my step daughter with me. Was really tempted to just go to mcdonalds. But then decided if we had to go out it should be to subway. Had a 6gm fat sandwich a bag of baked lays and a water. Went grocery shopping and had a kashi cookie for snack. Now off to bed. Tomorrow I have to drive by my 2 favorite fast food places. I know I can be strong. Oh and played zumba for the wii for 20 mins and did 33 mins on treadmill.
