Goal for month 40miles
got 5 in this afternoon - 35 to go.0 -
Long run on my bridge programme for half marathon done. Probably too fast and HR was above what I really wanted but so much better than Thursday when doing part of the same route. Today seemed effortless and I got half way before realising where I was. And that was without the distraction of some music. Great day, hope your training goes well.0

10/1 – 3.26 miles
10/2 – Rest day before 13.1
10/3 – Rest day before 13.1
10/4 – 13.36 miles – 1st Half Marathon competed! Goal met! (2:26:19) Maintained a great pace for miles 1-5 then had a pinched nerve in my right toes making it impossible to focus on anything but the pain. Stopped a few times to massage foot. Still happy with the run. Next half scheduled for Nov. 27. Continue training switching to a sub 2:15 plan. :drinker:0 -

Guess I'm a little late to start but I'm doing my best! Started out strong today and plan to hit 100 miles this month. This is such an awesome idea. I used to be way more of a runner but recently found a great trail and am now looking forward to my daily runs. Thank you!0

Hello. I just found this and think it's an awesome idea. I'm still fairly new to running and brand new to this site. I like a couple other people's idea of 31 miles in 31 days. I joined the group and plan to follow along. Thanks!0

Nooooo!!! If they want to know your distance in miles, they should be able to convert kilometers to miles and vice versa! Little math does not hurt anybody  :glasses:0 -

I really felt like I could have ran even farther, I wasn't tired at all by the end of my run. But I ended up going to the gym later in the evening and I'm heading there early tomorrow morning, so I didn't want to tire myself out too much.
I'm thinking about changing my goals... I'm definitely going to reach 30 in another week or week and a half.0 -

Personally, I think math is deceptively treacherous, but I am capable of using a calculator.0
