Hello All ,

Got 30-35 lbs to lose ? Join my group and we can do it together !!!!

I want to lose that weight in the next 4 months through diet and exercise. If you have similiar goals, why don't we do it together....share our thoughts, tricks, food ideas and exercise and of course MOTIVATE each other...... WE can do this !!!!

Every Monday will be our weigh in.....

Send me your name and starting weigh and I will get a chart going to track our weekly progress !

    I'd like to join, i currently want to lose 31lb which will take me down to 9 stone (weight now 11 stone 3)

    Sounds like a great group (even though I don't have a spring break trip to mexico planned. lol).

    I'm at 230 and want to drop to 200-205.

    We are going to be a kick *kitten* group !!!!

    I am excited to have you all join ! A good support system is key.... Thanks to MFP I have already lost 19.4 lbs !!! With all of you I will reach my goal and hopefully help you all as well to obtain your objectives !!!!

    My aim is to healthy eat and work out every day! My goal is to be 9 and a half stone before my 20th birthday (3rd april) which gives me 13 weeks to lose 24lbs! heres wishing!

    Happy New Year. I only started yesterday so I pretty new to this. I am starting at 177 and my desired weight is 145. My first day was pretty tough - no sausage, egg and cheese on a roll for breakfast. I usually start and quit within the first week because I am so hungry or have cravings for sweets. This time I decided to join a group so that I will have the support and feel kind of accountable. I expect success this time.

    We have an exercise bike and an elliptical at home, but I find I'm not as motivated to hop on them as much as I was. So for my Christmas present to me, I bought the Wii Fit Plus and Wii Zumba. I already had the Wii Just Dance 2 and loved it so much I decided to go Wii crazy! The Wii Zumba actually makes me sweat. Whoo hoo! I look forward to exercising when I get home now!

    Woohoo, so excited to be part of the group! This is different for me in that in the past, I've either dieted (drastically) without much exercise, or exercised regularly without changing my (poor) diet. My biggest goal is to make eating healthy a habit, while gradually increasing my activity. I have done daily brisk walks on my lunch (even in the cold!), and have also taken advantage of Wii Boxing...taking a break now 'cause I think I over did that one lol. Ow. I really want to get a Wii Fit, and probably will in the near future. Now its just time to be patient and get healthy and lose that weight! So far so good on the eating too. I think I had enough sugar and carbs during the holidays to stay my cravings for a while. Ha! So glad to find support. :-)

    Hello Everyone!!!!

    I am new to the web version of MFP. I decided to have a weight makeover in August of 2009. I started at 215 and am currently at 175. I got down to 168 but put on a few pounds over the Holidays :( i am now ready to committ and get back on track. My goal is to be 140 pds. I am currently doing P90X 5 days a week and eating 1200 calories a day (healthier foods of course) Excited to be part of this group!!!!!!
