Just got back on track after a breaking my ankle in 3 places and surgery which included 2 rods, a plate and pins. No fun at all! Went from being very active and exercising 5 days a week to nothing for almost a year. I'm super motivated and want to keep it that way so feel free to add me so we can all motivate each other0

Add me please, let's help each other I'm on a 1396 calories diet per day, I've lost 45 kg in a year but then my body slowed down, now I'm going to the gym, my weight is not changed yet, but I've lost waist and hips centimeters.
