For drinks, I'm actually pretty good there. I don't dry coffee, soda, beer, or anything like that. But don't worry, I make up for it in sweets0 -

well i had thought that i could very easily go without my morning time hotcocoa packet mixed with dark coffee. and i did this morning. what a silly silly decision that has turned out to be. i've been craving chocolaty sweets all day and i know it's becuase i skipped my usual this morning.0

Lol. I didnt think i could give up bacon or red meats either! Or fries! But I did! They were mostly holding me back from my sodium goals.
I like the little coffee flavor pouches of splenda, i can stick a few in my purse then I can get a coffee from timmies if i want with no cals
My big weakness is pasta. I don't do so bad at home but when we go out to eat yeesh. We don't go out much anymore though, too hard to keep track of sodium content.0 -
