    Mon: 350 (INSANITY Pure Cardio -- my HRM lost my heart rate for a while and didn't count all of my kcals) :mad:

    Wed: 250 (Wii Fit - technically it was my day off but burned a good amount just for having fun)

    Total: 3502!!! This was a great challenge - I had to push myself to make the goal!

    Hi all, just checking in! Was hard going to reach it this week but I just made it. Had to run most days to get high burns. Think my metabolism is sluggish as my cals burned on HRM seem so low.. Have to work it!!!

    Monday -664 , 40min run and 46min Jillian!
    Tuesday -383, 41min run
    Wednesday -433, 40min run
    Thursday -312, 32min run
    Friday -113, 30min walk
    Saturday -221, 45min Jillian, 234 25min run, 235 30min bike
    Sunday -970, a 97min run.

    Total - 3565 cals

    Hope everyone had achieved their own goals this week! Bring on next week!
