I looove cottage cheese. I've been eating it with a splenda packet, cinnamon, and cut up apples. It's almost like a dessert!
While I like that, I am curious what other people put in their cottage cheese? I would love to try some new things. Thanks!

FYI cottage cheese is already high in sodium so be careful.0 -
Spread on a wholegrain bread or mixed with tomatoes, corn and tuna:))0

With a spoon... har har har
Seriously though, with cut up fruit (whatever I have) a generous dash or three of cinnamon, and some walnuts or other nuts I have around the house. So yum. If I want to have it for a "meal" instead of a snack, I'll have cherry tomatoes and cukes cut up, with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, some protein like cooked chicken or fish, and then freshly ground pepper. Stir it all up, or eat it like a salad.0
