I've lost 4.2lbs this week. I've got 26lbs to lose to reach my 50!!! I'm pushing for one more pound to reach 25lbs lost in the month of January.0

I wanted to share something awesome that happened today. Last Fall in 2010 when Old Navy had all there summer stuff on sale. I bought a white half sleeve cardigan. It is XL. At the time it was a little too tight. So I put it in the closet and just well, forgot about it. I grabed it out this morning and thought oh geez this is too tight I know it. Well....I put it on and GUESS WHAT!! ITS TOOOO BIG! Wow what a great feeling.
I know that feeling was out of this world! Congrats on that milestone!0 -
Happy Saturday everyone! I lost a pound again! Total loss since starting is 10 pounds. current weight is 155 with 40 to go! I started P90X this week and let me tell you it is kicking my butt! :-)0

Congratulations everyone! You are posting some great losses. I unfortunately cannot say the same. I weighed yesterday morning and weighed 195.5 which is where I was at week before last. This morning when I weighed the scale had jumped to 197. I have no excuses, I have made some bad choices this week especially the last two days. I know alot of it is water retention because I have not been drinking enough water, but I also have not exercised like I should have this last week either. I will do better next week. Good luck everyone!! Keep up the good work!

I take full responsibility for my 2 pound gain. When i got out of the 170's last week i celebrated too much and didn't excercise at all last week. I also ate pizza and pasta. Right now i am at the point where i don't even feel bad about my gain because i know deep down that i deserved it for my behavior this week. I also feel like i will never eat pizza and pasta ever again. it sounds so gross right now. I am ready to move on and i got back on my p90x today.
P.s. i also got a better job this week yay0 -

Good afternoon everyone!! Got on the scale this morning- 234.5 I believe that is down a pound from last week. I am totally cool with this as I am hitting some really good fitness goals and I can tell that my pants are getting baggy!
So that puts me down 12 lbs overall so I have 48 lbs left to lose in the challenge! Keep up the great work everyone!0 -

Missed weigh in yesterday, but have exercised at least 30min for 28/30 days! Up to 197.0 this week, that's a gain and down 3 total for the month and 47 to go til 50. Next week should be alot better.

Hi All,
My scale battery died so I don't know for this morning (as soon as I get a new 9volt I'll post the weight). But.... Drum roll please...... I have to buy new pants!!!! When I lost weight last time only lifted weight to lose. No change in diet, no change in aerobic activity. I tightened up, alot, but never lost a size. I think maybe, just maybe, the combo of aerobic (basically daily), weights (3-4days a week) and watching what I eat (staying below 1800) has done wonders! I don't feel hungry, I don't feel deprived, I feel wonderful!!! Maybe this aerobic stuff isn't so bad!!! :-p. Lol. Last week I was down to 223.5, I am hoping for a loss but KNOW things are better cause of how my clothes fit! :-D
