    I'm not weighing in until March 1st. I starting a death to the scale challenge for the month of February. I'm hoping I can make it! I will check in however every Saturday because I'm still working towards that 50 gone forever!

    I'm doing Zumba also for the entire month instead of my other exercises. I just want to see what the outcome will be.

    Hello girls and boys!!
    Well last week I stayed the same and I was a bit gutted. Motivation dipped and I've eaten all sorts this week. Gym membership has also expired and I'm looking for a new one - bit gutted about that to be honest so I haven't worked out since Tuesday. Please don't judge me!
    Anyway, with that said I had a 3 pound weight loss this week - I don't know how that happened! Here are my stats:

    hello all. im 215 today (47 left to go). Ive been bouncing from anywhere between 211-220 pounds the last few weeks. Truth is, Ive been trying quick crash diets. Then the weight comes off very quickly and the minute I eat normal it comes back on, and then some. So im thinking ive been losing water weight. I've made a decision to stop with the crash diets because all im doing is gaining the weight right back. Im headed to the gym now. Im gonna do this the right way now. Next sat, I expect to see the scale at a much lower amount. Good luck this week everyone.

    You can do it Stephanie!!:flowerforyou: Good for you! I am a firm believer that diets do not work. We can find good ideas in all of them but we have to find something that we can live with for life. As you call it normal eating but cutting down realistically. Keep up the good work!     I managed to lose 1 pound. Down to 352! I will take it! Goal this week is to get to the 340's for sure.

    Going to get my eating back to healthy everyday this week. Considering about 3 bad days I am glad to lose a pound. I think the exercising daily helped for sure. Going to gym for the 1st time since the Blizzard hit Chicago. Even though I feel like doing a DVD I need another gym workout. I already missed my goal of 3 times a week by 1 because of all of the snow, so I will take 2 gym workouts.

    Congrats to everyone!!:flowerforyou: I see you all are rocking those pounds off!! Keep up the good work and summer will be here before we know it!

    Well my numbers are moving in the right direction. I am down 2.5 lbs this week. I did really good this week. My goal was to burn over 5000 calories for the week, stay under my calorie limit every day and at least drink 96 oz of water every day. I accomplished all three, so my goal for next week is the same. I am also going to try and limit my sodium intake, and try to stay under the recommended limits in the food diary. Good luck to everyone, and congratulations!!! You guys are doing awesome!!

    Ugh. No loss this week! I don't understand why, I worked out a lot more than usual, and was under cals almost everyday! Ugh.

    *Ladies I'm not weighing in for the month of February. I'm participating in the Death to the Scale challenge this month. I've also switched up my routine. Only Zumba this month to see what results I get.

    It has been a tough couple of weeks for me due to severe neck pain...but I am on the mend I am happy to say...x-rays, 2 MRI's, chriopracors, an accupuncuturist and physical therapy as got me up and walking...so NO exercise in the last 2-3 weeks or in the near future! :) But I am sooooo proud of myself...because in the past I would have reached for the refridgerator door and the CHOCOLATE...I didn't do it!! Instead I watched the types of foods I ate and the quanity of food and it actually has payed off for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am still doing P90X but will be adding Insanity to my work outs. The eating healthy is surprisingly getting easier and easier. I still dream of Pancakes on the weekends (wheat pancakes). One day I will have enough self control to actually have some. Until then its just eggs or cereal for breakfast

    Yay! Down7.2 since the beginning of the year. Finally sticking to my calories and increasing activity is working. No crash diets. I even went over 1200 cals last night. This can be done in a sustainable manner...maybe not as fast as we'd like but it's a change I can keep up!

    I had a 1.5 pound loss this week, bring that to a total of 12.5lbs lost so far, and only 37.5 to go!!

    This week seemed to be harder than last. I've been eating only about 1400 calories a day and drinking tons of water, but I expected a bigger number on the scale this week. Oh well.
