  • Hi, all. This week I got a cold, so I could not exercise and... I'm one kilo up. Last week I was 94.5kg and this week I'm 95.4kg ):
  • Hey everyone, sorry I'm a day late!! I'm happy with the loss this week but not proud of it because I am pretty sure it's from my T.O.M going away, because I haven't exercised at all since last saturday! That's so bad, I've still been watching my calories and what I eat, but for some reason I'm really lost on motivation for exercise, and that's weird because I actually do enjoy exercise mostly. So I guess I have to find my motivation for that and get to it! So for this week I am at 338.8, down 2.2 pounds!

    Weight at start of challenge-1/1/11 - 344.8
    Weight last week- 1/29/11 - 341
    Weight today- 2/6/11 - 338.8

    Up side of this week is that i made it to the gym 4 days in a row :happy: . Down side of the week was i did not track my my food because i was so busy . :frown: Starting today i am back to tracking!

    i can't believe that i've lost almost a full 30lbs since i've been on MFP!!! :heart: every weigh in i look 4ward 2 seein that weight loss increase! my goal is 2 b 160 overall by july. i think i can get pretty darn close if not gettin right on it. :happy:

    i know that overall i need 2 lose abt 12lbs a month right now. altho my goal is abt 10lbs a month. hopefully i can at least get to 180 (which is still good b/c that's below my high school weight LOL)

    Finally on the way of getting out of the 200's where I've been stuck for the last 3 years! No more excuses.

    My mini goal is under 200lbs for valentines day - almost there!

    Sorry so late... :-(. Finally got a battery for my scale and... It wasn't the battery... I had to replace the scale. So on the new scale (same brand and uPdated model) I have a gain of 1.5 pounds. Since this is a new scale AND I have a monthly visitor, I am not upset about that at all! :-). My normal gain for these visits is 5-7 pounds! Lol so either way,I'm good!

    Had alot of trouble getting to the gym due to the roads, but did some stuff around the house.

    I really hope we get some good weigh ins this week. Mine is not so good but not really bad either. I have plateaued but emotionally - as in my motivation has dipped. Thankfully I am on my 3rd day of 30 day shred and that seems to be keeping me going. Yesterday for the first time in about 2 weeks I was under my calories. So here are my stats:

    Minus two pounds this week, I'm finally in the 250's at 259.5!!!

    Total weigh loss so far is 14.5 pounds!!

    Start 245, last week 232, this week 230.....still coming off!

    The next pound puts me under 230 and its been a long time since I've been there!

    Hi all. I'm still doing my Death To The Scale Challenge so my weight loss will remain the same until the 1st of March.

    Last Weigh in: 227 (Jan 29th)

    47 more pounds to go. Hopefully that number has changed by now for the better. Come onnnnn March 1st!! :bigsmile:

    Just Finished phase 1 of P90X. Definitely gotten stronger. 25 days ago I could only do 4 push-ups now I can do 30 straight! It feels good!

    212 ! hit my first 10lbs. 40 more to go :happy:

    The last 2 weeks have been hard for me due to having going away dinners almost every other day. i know i have not been doing the best i can:angry: tomorrow brings a new week and i am going to try my best to get this right .
