    I know I should pack a nice healthy, nutritious lunch for work every day - but I am not a morning person and i would forget it in the fridge - so I purchase freezer meals and keep them stocked in the freezer at work.

    Today's lunch was courtsey of Lean Cuisine- Market Creations - Chicken Alfredo and I get the meal with all the bottom of the barrel chicken that even my dog would not eat.

    I would hope that paying for a premium meal from the freezer case that I would get good meat in the meal.
