    I was never able to do the workout :( I got other workouts in, though, I just never made it to this one.

    2. Cut out one food that you consider not healthy, seven days. 0/7

    For example on the exercise, I'll be doing yoga. I haven't done yoga in a long time, so I'll be doing that. As for the food, I'll be trying to cut out cake.

    well today i started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so thats one new thing! it was intense i was sweating like mad!!!! but i did the whole thing!!! now i will be going for a walk with my kiddos! i feel so pumped! as for food unhealthy not sure what i would cut out maybe ill cut out bread!!!!! yes bread im doing it!

    The yoga wasn't as bad as I thought. And I totally threw away three cupcakes today. Go me! lol

    I'm glad you're excited! I know I'm glad when we get new members. I haven't been on a bike in so long, probably because I don't have one to ride. As for the Ranch dressing, I know what you mean. I used to eat it with my veggies. Good luck this week!
