    Yea it happens every time I start something like this. Tons of enthusiasm in the beginning and a bunch drop off over the first couple weeks. It's okay though...we're normally left with a really great group that continue to motivate and push each other. :flowerforyou:

    Still feeling like crap. I've eaten maybe 4 crackers and half a grilled cheese sandwich in the last 2 days, but I'm back at work. Already freaking out about how I'm gonna pay my bills next week, having already missed 2 days of work. :ohwell:

    so i'm leavin for mexico tomorrow morning. so my goal for the week will be to maintain! lol. i'll have to take it easy on the rice and beans! shucks! so i'll weigh in the 21st... yikes.

    aargh tomorrow's going to be bad.... I've been really good with exercising daily, but I've been eating too much crap. We've been struggling with money the past two weeks so have been living off cheap, processed frozen food. Fresh start tomorrow!

    Good Monday morning everyone! I weighed in exactly the same this week (211.2) despite all my exercise and eating right. I've lost something like 8 pounds in the past month-ish, so I guess I can't complain. (I'm TOTALLY complaining though)
