I did 30 day shred and finished it few days ago, now I want to switch it up a little.Who is in?

    I just finished the 30DS as well. If I can get my hands on the dvds in time (or find it on comcast) I'm in! I was just getting ready to the Level 1 workout anyway...was looking for a new challenge!

    So, Day 1 of the Shred Level 1 was much easier today than it was the 1st time I did it (the 1st time I did the 30 Day Shred). Still ended up doing mostly girl pushups. :( But I kicked out ALL the cardio and abs. Even kicked my own butt. ;)

    yes level 1 was alot easier-im with u on the push ups so hard.....love new challenges though

    Finished day one! Took pics just in case I feel like sharing them later after I see some results. Not ready to post them yet! I got through day 8 of the Shred before, never moved on to Level 2 or 3 cause I got sick. Couldn't get through cardio without coughing up a lung. I've tried Trouble Zones and Boost Fat Banish Metabolism too. Looking forward to sticking with it! I definitely saw some results after just 8 days of the Shred, and I feel a lot stronger. Can't wait to see what the results are. I'm getting married in July...trying to put myself through my own kind of boot camp. :-)
