It's likely that you'll lose weight in the chest.
When I lost weight before, I went from a 34G to a 32DD. Since I've gained some weight back, I'm a 34E right now. So it does fluctuate.0 -
I can only hope to get smaller. I hate these things and refer to them as my dang cow boobs! Unfortunately I am not one that loses in the chest first, for me it is the waist. I would love to get to a B cup. I am in the D or DD range now.
As for running, I have taken it up and wear two sports bras and a fitted tank and this seems to keep things in place!0 -

I used to be a 42DD. I am now a 32B.
Yes, you can expect to drop cup sizes. If you're naturally well endowed though (and some women are), don't expect to drop them too quickly.0
