    Couple of people started talking about double P90X workouts today and got me all Ramped up so I just "had" to do another workout!!

    Okay, I was going to increase to 4000 this week but have to go out of town. Hopefully I will meet 3500 this week.

    I am away on business and not doing so well. I am eating out every meal and networking which always involves food/alcohol after work hours. This networking is great for my career but not for my rear :sad:!!!.
