    Hey ladies and gents!! A little over 1 day until weigh-in day!! Make sure your SW and GW has been sent to your captain!!

    P.S. remember that HeatherTNbs is no longer a captain! And neither is meshellmybell76. The new captains are asjerven & shedthem are new captains, respectively. Message either of them or me if you have any questions! Work it out, everyone! "Last chance workout!" haha.

    I had such a bad week, so I apologize for weigh in tomorrow, Ive worked out ONE day this week and ate like crazy, AF should be here within the week, so thats probably why, but still no excuse i just weighed myself, mid day but still up 3 lbs, I plan to drink tons of water and try to weigh in tomorrow again whatever the scale says I will record it in MFP... that way I am not cheating myself... I am so bummed, weight loss shouldnt be so freaking hard!

    TEAM EAST: I hope everyone is doing well! Sorry that I have not checked in, it has been a busy week. One more day until weigh in. Still need one more persons starting weight and goal weight.

    So I've noticed that for the past few days, I haven't been monsterly hungry anymore. It's so weird! Previous to trying to get back to being healthy, I was hungry 24/7 like for real. Nothing was ever enough. And now I never really know when I'm hungry. But that's better than being a BEAST! haha. Do you have any healthy eating/dieting revelations?

    I can't believe how much better I feel now that I am at least attempting to eat back all of my calories! What a difference, I feel thinner too this week! All though I haven't been able to eat them all back (sometimes there is just not enough hours in the day, I am making sure to at least hit my 1200 and then some! Can't wait to weight in on Saturday (for this and for a biggest loser contest I am in)

    If it wasn't hard it wouldn't feel so good once you've done it! It's a journey, and when you reach the end (which is really just another beginning) you will look back and be like "wow, i did that, and it was really hard, but i did it!" Nothing in life worth having comes easy!

    Yeah, I did really well this week and lost 5 pounds. Eggs and exercise are my friend. I found that by eating eggs for breakfast I wasn't as hungry later on. And I didn't have a problem with not eating chocolate.
