I was about to give the point to LNS, but am in a similar position to Lorna's from last month: I ate a bit late, but then instead of giving in to further temptations, I stayed strong afterwards. Don't plan to make exceptions a rule, but for now I need this point for encouragement :

I am in for this month too. Just a lot happening and haven't been able to keep up w/mfp. Despite starting well for this month, too many disruptions to stick w/this challenege.

This is a great idea and I often find myself snacking on a piece of toast as late as 10pm :ohwell: Ive started trying to kick the habit of eating right before bed and if I do feel like I need something crunchy to chew on I'll be having celery instead
So far me 1: LNS 0
