So doing it! My cut off time is 915 on Weds and Thurs and 8 every other day. I can do it but it's going to be very hard considering i stay up until 1am sometimes 2am. Starting TODAY!0

It's kind of tricky to track, because you don't know if you've made it until the end of the day/next morning.

Definitely my biggest problem. Feel like I just have to make it til bed time then I'm done. My Fiancé came in last night with Foo Yung and chips but then fell asleep in his drunken stuper and left about half a plateful so I pinched two of his chips! I know it's not much and won't make a difference but then I think a month ago I wouln't even have even considered doing that as I wouldn't have been tempted. Hope that willpower isn't slipping away from me! :drinker:0

I was about to give the point to LNS, but am in a similar position to Lorna's from last month: I ate a bit late, but then instead of giving in to further temptations, I stayed strong afterwards. Don't plan to make exceptions a rule, but for now I need this point for encouragement:
