I am in for this month too. Just a lot happening and haven't been able to keep up w/mfp. Despite starting well for this month, too many disruptions to stick w/this challenege.

Tonight is already a lost cause too - am meeting my son's girlfriend for a girl's night in NYC while he is away on business. Need I say more?!

This is a great idea and I often find myself snacking on a piece of toast as late as 10pm :ohwell: Ive started trying to kick the habit of eating right before bed and if I do feel like I need something crunchy to chew on I'll be having celery instead
