Last night was harder than I thought it would be... I ate a snack around 8:30

I will try the rest of the week but we won't be around for
the weekend , I will be able to track my calories but we
will be with friends and having other friends over for dinner so
late night snacking might or might not happen.
I will be strong for next week.0 -

Last night I did a LOT of over eating (like 700 cals), but at 7:30pm, I got AWAY from the kitchen and brushed my teeth so I would (hopefully) stop eating! I caught most of the Biggest Loser, and then went to a movie with a friend. I was probably in bed around 12:30am, and **I didn't eat a thing**!!! :bigsmile:

Carissa... What's your cut off time. In my opinion, that should be a point for you, unless you go to bed before 10pm.

I was doing good until I got home and found out that my best friend had made banana cupcakes with peanut butter icing. Shared one with my son. Didn't want to tell her this morning I hadn't tasted them But I'm back on track.0 -

I lost count of how many times I didn't snack...I have to say, that after few months of being here, from serious late night binger, I thing I have conquered it. It is possible, I don't have the urges to eat. Main problem was me not sleeping much and staying up most nights till early morning. Now I have changed that and learnt to go to bed about 8pm-9pm and getting up early, my demons are gone.0
