I wish someone could help me with this:
I'm 24 yrs old
at 138 cm (about 4"5) so, I'm pretty short than average
51kg (112 pounds)
I spent my time on my chair as I work from home so, I put sedentary for my level of activeness. wanting to lose 1lb per week
it put me at 1200. I've upped it to 1235 to be safe.
do I have to eat exactly the prescribe amount? I tried to eat but I seem to be eating below 20-100 calories less than 1200 (including my exercise) is this okay? or should I run to the kitchen and eat some banana?0
