    LadyHawk, that was very well written! Thanks for posting it. I personally haven't had any trouble understanding how MFP works with the calories, but it seems a lot of people do. This was written very simply and hopefully will help more people understand!

    It seems like such common sense that if you exercise a lot, you need to feed your body.

    You just did. :wink: When you post on a thread, that thread will then be saved in "My Topics" for a time - there's a link at the top of message boards. Also, that will let you know when there are further posts to the thread.

    You can also just bookmark the page in your browser if you want to keep it long term.
