Day 24 Levels 3, 2, and 1. I wanted to go to boxing this morning, but didn't feel well. SO, I did the whole dvd. It was tough by the end, but it felt good. I took breaks in between and worked my way down in levels. It is clear that I am a lot stronger than when I first started this. I can't wait until this is over to say I completed it.

That is awesome!!! So inspiring:) Keep it up girl! I'm a bit jealous though....I still can't do it and it makes me want to :sad: I sooooooo miss working out! I can barely even manage to walk my dog without feeling any pain. If this doesn't get better in the next few days I'm going to go see my doctor.0 -

Everyone is doing well. Lizzy you are soooo close to being done. Way to go.
I didn't shred it today because I got home really late and had a tough workout at the gym. So, now I am scheduled to be done on Saturday. So close.

OK I'm back! I've completed day 12 Level 2 this morning. Wow, I'm so behind; maybe I'll have to double and triple up like bballgirl .0

Day 21 level 3 done. Great going Lizzy. Even I was thinking once this is over what would I do next. Though I have become stronger but still I follow Anita for many workout moves. I think I would do 30 days shred again & also add no more trouble zones 2-3 days a week.

Hey all. I was slacking during the middle of this hallenge but a few days ago I started lvl 2 And I like it a lot better than 1 so I'm not just yet of the challenge I feel a lot stronger and I can't wait to get her other DVDs to workout to!0

I'm wondering if I need to start over since a had a few days off due to my foot injury? Although my foot isn't fully healed it is feeling much better and I was able to run on my treadmill this morning without very much pain and discomfort. Yay! My foot is getting better :drinker:0

Finished Day 22 and Day 1 of Level 3. Some things were definitely hard in Level 3 but I really don't think I burned as many calories.
So I went ahead and did Level 1 in addition.0 -

Since the beginning of the challenge I have lost:
6lbs
2 inches on my bust
1 1/2 inches on my waist
1 inch on my hips
2 inches on my thighs

Way to go lizzy!!! I just finished Day 30 Level 3. I never took measurements, but I did lose some lbs. It took me a total of 35 days. I am not quite sure what I will do for strength training now. I have to go back to my old lifting ways.
