    I do something very, very bad. I drink one soda every day. OOPS! I can't kick it and it's my daily treat for all the working out that I do.

    Also - luna bars (for breakfast on busy days), bananas, tuna, and cheddar cheese.

    Kraft fat free cheddar cheese - as a vegetarian, at least getting 1 serving of this in daily has worked wonders for me in helping meet my protein goals for the day
