Just so you know, the starting weight you need to post here is just the starting weight from the start of this challenge, so really this week will only need to be last week and this week, since it's the 1st one with a change. You also originally posted 253.2 as your starting weight, not 252.2.0 -

rubbish, i've been good this week as well with my workouts and not over-eating :(then i think maybe i should increase my calories that might help? i eat about 1200 sometimes not up to that
went to see my doc today as well about my bad knee cos im exercising loads, i need to lose 20kg apparently and exercise hurts my knee even more its a vicious circle! hopefully i have a good weigh in next week!0 -

Yes, my opinion is that you should try eating more. 1200 is probably not enough for you, especially if you are exercising. Is that what MFP tells you to net?0 -
Please go by these guidelines...
Example:
Starting Weight: This is the weight you signed up with
Last Week: this is where you post last weeks weight (lets say you weighed 198)
(You won't have to put last weeks weight since it will be the same as starting weight since this is week 1)
Current Week: this is your current weight (lets say 195
Change: take the amount you lost (3 lbs) and divide it by last weeks weight (198) My % is 1.51
When coming up with a percent, only go to the hundredth (x.xx) if needed.0 -

AHHH I just got home from the gym and probably drank my weight in water..However seeing I have not gone to bed yet I figured I'd jump on the scale and show what its showing right now...Should I wake up in time I will update..However seeing that would be in 4 hours probably not going to happen..Hoping Next week I'll show a better loss.
